Mr. Davis has worked 23 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G), drawing experience from six different sectors including healthcare, beauty care and pharmaceuticals in five different countries in North America and Europe. His most recent assignment was Vice President and General Manager of Global Operations, P&G Global Salon Professional (Wella) in which he directed the integration of Wella into P&G creating a new global professional hair company in the Beauty sector. Previously, Mr. Davis was the Director of Global New Business Development & Alliance Management for P&G pharmaceuticals. He spent 10 years building P&G’s business in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany, Canada and the United States from the integration of Roehm Pharma, a German pharmaceutical company as well as several other partnerships and alliances to expand P&G’s product line and reputation. Mr. Davis’ extensive career at P&G included the opening of emerging markets and development of distribution channels in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He has served on a number of boards in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, drug retailing and beauty sectors.
Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in German.
