Rooms:

DWHP has reserved a block of rooms for both February 22nd and 23rd. Please call DWHP's Dawn Smith at (801) 365-2102 to reserve your room prior to January 14, 2009. We are compiling a master list and must submit this to the hotel. If you do not contact us with your room request, we cannot guarantee a room nor the discounted rates.
Please not that you will be required to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in.

Transportation: A discounted car service has been arranged through Park City Transportation. Please call (800) 637-3803 or (435) 649-8567 if you would like to make arrangements for private sedan service from the airport to hotel. If you mention DWHP, you will receive a 20% discount. |

Dinner Feb 23rd: Once you have RSVP'd for the event, we will assume you are attending dinner. Please note that spouses are invited to the dinner and childcare arrangments can be made by calling Dawn Smith at (801) 365-2102. |

Skiing & Snowmobiling: We had a great time skiing and snowmobiling at last year's conference. We would love for you to join us this year. Please email us to confirm whether or not your will join us for skiing or snowmobiling on Tuesday, Feb 24th. Please advise Dawn of your skiing competency level. |
