Investment Criteria
We invest in private, U.S. healthcare companies, primarily in the
medical device, product, services, and specialty distribution sectors.
We invest in mid- to late-stage platform companies - profitable businesses poised for growth - that are generating between $2 and $10
million in annual earnings. We also invest in smaller
businesses as add-on acquisitions to our platform companies.
