DW Healthcare Partners (“DWHP”), a healthcare-focused private equity, announced the sale of its portfolio company, Reliant Renal Care to a strategic buyer. Reliant Renal Care is a provider of dialysis services to patients with end stage renal disease in the clinical, home and skilled nursing facility (“SNF”) setting.
DWHP invested in Reliant Renal Care in December 2007. The sale marks the second to last portfolio realization for DWHP’s second equity fund, a $127 million investment vehicle which is on track for a 1.4x multiple.
